We have a small roped off area where people can wade and this is suitable for young children as well.  It is an insurance requirement that all people who enter the water wear an approved buoyancy vest.  We will be happy to supply one free of charge as long as we have one of a suitable size.

Where can I purchase a ticket?

Tickets can be purchased here https://aquaparkcoolum.com.au/book-now .

Can I purchase a membership?

Sorry. We are unable to offer memberships at this time.

Can I have an exclusive booking?

Exclusive bookings are not available during normal opening days and times. We do offer the possibility of exclusive session/s outside of but concurrent with our normal opening times.

Our park is large and needs a lot of staff to cover safety needs even for minimal numbers on the water and staff costs must be reflected in our price to operate outside of hours.

Most people find that their needs are better and more economically accommodated during our normal operating times - we can easily accommodate over 300 people on the water at any one time, so a session or sessions during our normal opening times is almost always the best option for most groups. (Please note that the numbers we can allow on the park are currently restricted.)

If you have a large group that is willing to absorb the staffing costs required to operate the park, please contact us for a quote.

Please note that alcohol is never allowed on our park.

You can contact us here https://aquaparkcoolum.com.au/contact if you want a quote for a private function.

What if I purchase tickets and can not attend on the day I originally wanted?

You can change the date and session times of your ticket up to 24 hours before the time of the booking. Email us at info@aquaparkcoolum.com.au.

What if I purchase a discount ticket from a discount provider?

We occasionally provide a block of tickets to discount providers, but they are not always available. They are unlikely to be available in the near future.

Tickets purchased from discount outlets are subject to the conditions on their site and they are not the same as tickets purchased directly from us. For instance they will have a specific period that they are valid (not 365 days from the date of purchase as is the validity of tickets purchased directly from us) and may not be able to be used on every day that we are open - eg they are almost never available on public holidays. There may be other differences and if you intend to purchase from a discount outlet you should check the conditions carefully before purchase to make sure they are suitable for your needs.

The discount provider is the owner of the tickets they are selling and they are no longer under our control. Any issues with tickets purchased from discount outlets must be addressed to them. We cannot extend dates of available usage on tickets purchased from discount outlets or alter conditions as they were made available to the discount provider at the reduced rate on the basis that they were only available on those conditions.

Are lockers available?

Yes, lockers are available for hire.

The water is fresh, clear and clean. The brown colour is from the tea tree oils in the natural bushland surrounding the lake. Some people suggest that tea tree oil is good for the skin, but that is something you should decide for yourself.
