Gift cards are available for purchase and these have a 3 year expiry date from the date of purchase.
All of our sessions are 50 minutes in duration and they commence on the hour (check our opening times web page to see dates and times we are open https://aquaparkcoolum.com.au/opening-times ).
We recommend customers arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the session you want to join. All sessions commence on the hour and there is a mandatory safety briefing on the beach about 10 minutes before the start of the session.
Bookings are essential and can only be obtained by purchasing a pass.

Double and all day sessions must be used by one person a single day. Double sessions must be consecutive.
We have many undercover areas and seating but they are on a first come basis. Our BBQ’s are available.

Gift cards are valid for up to 3 years. They will not issue with the names of the people you are gifting and that is not an issue. If you want to download a gift card to attach to your gift you can find one at the bottom of this page (See URL) https://aquaparkcoolum.com.au/prices .
